Erica Novak
Dukes Girls Lacrosse Owner
Erica Novak comes to the Dukes with 17 years of coaching and administrative leadership experience. Erica attended Villanova University where she was a midfielder for the Wildcats. During her time at Villanova, Erica co-founded a youth lacrosse league in her local community. In 2009, Erica was invited to be the Head Coach for the U-15 PAGLA National Team. In 2010, Erica became an assistant coach at Archbishop John Carroll High School, helping lead the team to two Catholic League Championships and appearances at the PA State Quarterfinals and PA State Semi Finals. Erica became an Assistant Coach for Eastern University while working on her Masters’ Degrees and, in 2013, she received the Head Coaching position at Centenary College where she brought her team to their first playoff appearance in four years. Her love for teaching brought her back to Chester County, PA, where she has been teaching and coaching for the past 10 years. Upon returning, Erica took the Head Coaching position at Rustin High School, bringing the team from a 3-15 record to 10-8 in 1 year. Her second year the team took the Chest-Mont Champions title. Erica’s teaching career has brought her to several high school lacrosse programs, including assistant coaching at Villa Maria Academy, helping bring the team to the State Quarter Finals.

Being a multi-sport athlete herself, Erica believes in the importance of commitment and working on skill development throughout the year, while also giving players the time and opportunity to play other sports. Erica's experiences have given her a deep foundation for the game of lacrosse, coaching, and how to develop athletes on and off the field. Through her experiences, she has been able to work with some of the top coaches in the state and learn from their various coaching philosophies and goals for programs. Her love for teaching the game and pushing skill development at all ages has brought her to 4 US Lacrosse Conventions and several US Lacrosse coaching certifications. Her goal is to teach high level skill development at every age group, where players can have fun while being challenged to their highest potential.

Conzentino joined Immaculata after spending nine years as the Varsity Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Downingtown West High School. During her tenure, Conzentino led the Whippets to State tournament appearances in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022, and served as the Chest-Mont League’s representative to the All-American Committee from 2015-19. Conzentino, a 2013 graduate of West Chester University, was a three-year member of the West Chester University lacrosse team. During her time at West Chester, the Golden Rams were Division II National Finalists in 2011 and 2012 and PSAC Champions in 2013. She played two seasons of lacrosse for Millersville University before transferring to West Chester. She was a two-sport letter winner at B. Reed Henderson High School earning All-Chest-Mont Honors in 2006 and 2007. Conzentino is employed as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Downingtown West High School.
Kendall DiCamillo
​Kendall is a Senior at West Chester University, where she will be a four year starting defender for the Rams. In her first three years, she collected 150 ground balls, had 89 caused turnovers, 6 draw controls, 1 goal, and 1 assist. Her team made it to the NCAA Quarterfinals three times and the NCAA Championship game, coming in second place in 2023. In 2024, Kendall received first team IWLCA All-Atlantic Region and second team All-PSAC East. In 2023, she received second team IWLCA All-Atlantic Region, second team All-PSAC East, and she was recognized at the PSAC East defensive athlete of the week.
Madison Henry
Madison joins the Dukes program after completing her lacrosse career as a starting Defender for Bryant University. In high school, Madison played midfield for Archbishop John Carroll where she helped lead the team to 4 Catholic League Championships, 4 District Championships, and State Playoff Appearances, including winning the Pennsylvania State Playoffs in 2017. Madison has coached for the Phantastix Club team for the past few years.
Kelly Midkiff
Kelly Midkiff brings a wealth of lacrosse experience and a passion for developing young athletes to her role as a coach for the Dukes Lacrosse Club. Midkiff competed at the collegiate level, playing four years of Division I lacrosse at Old Dominion University; helping the Monarchs to top 20 national rankings in each of her four seasons. After her collegiate career, Kelly transitioned seamlessly into coaching; she began her coaching journey as a varsity coach at Kennett High School. Recognizing the need for more opportunities for lacrosse development in the community, Kelly moved her focus to starting a lacrosse program at Oxford Area High School.
Kelly has spent the past four years dedicated to coaching youth lacrosse, instilling fundamental skills and a love for the sport in the next generation of players. Her approach emphasizes not only lacrosse skills, but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth both on and off the field. Kelly earned her Sports Psychology and Coaching Certificate in 2023 and is a 5th grade teacher in Chester County.
Alex Fad
Alex come to the Dukes with over 8 years of coaching experience. Alex received his Health and PE certification from West Chester University with a minor in Coaching and is currently working on his graduate degree at Rowan University towards a Masters in Wellness and Lifestyle Management. Alex is a certified personal trainer through NASM, including specialties in Cardiovascular Training for Sports Performance, Integrated Speed, Agility, and Quickness, and Golf Fitness Specialist. Alex has worked both with group fitness training and 1 on 1 personal and athlete training. Alex is currently a teacher in the West Chester Area School District.
Makayla Cox
Makayla is a defender for Widener University. In 2024, she made the IWLCA All-Metro Region Second team and the MAC Commonwealth First Team. In 2023, she made the MAC Commonwealth Honorable mention as a sophomore. She made the MAC academic honor roll in both 2022 and 2023. Makayla has started in every game as both a sophomore and junior, with 32 ground balls, 32 caused turnovers, and two draw controls.
Catherine Scott
Catherine graduated from Widener University in 2024, where she was a midfielder for the Lions. During her Senior year, Catherine reached 100 goals and 100 career points and made the MAC Commonwealth First Team. As a 4 year starter, she also finished her career with 65 ground balls, 26 caused turnovers, and 18 draw controls. In high school, Catherine was a 4-year letter winner at Allentown Central Catholic.
Marcianna Tavani
Marcianna brings a wealth of experience and skill to her coaching role for the Dukes Lacrosse Club. As a former standout player for Eastern University, Marcianna demonstrated exceptional talent and leadership on the lacrosse field. In her final season, she recorded an impressive 55 saves and secured 22 ground balls in just 5 games, showcasing her prowess as a goalkeeper.
Before her collegiate career, Marcianna excelled in both field hockey and lacrosse in her high school years. She earned recognition with All-Delco and All-Central Honorable Mentions for her outstanding contributions to both sports. Marcianna's dedication to athletics and her ability to perform under pressure make her a valuable asset to the coaching staff for Dukes Lacrosse.
Gaetanna Tavani
Gaetanna started her lacrosse career and love for the game at 8 years old after being inspired by her big brother and former Mens Dukes Lacrosse player. She was determined and motivated to be just like him. She excelled anywhere on the field her coaches have needed her, with her favorite position being attack. Gaetanna played for the Ultimate Girls Lacrosse Club, where she was recruited to represent the USA overseas to further the knowledge of the game of lacrosse in Europe, in hopes of getting the game into the Olympics. In high school, she played for Ridley High School her freshman year and then Unionville High School, where her team won the 2018 PIAA PA State Championship. After high school, Gaetanna represented our country in the United States Army. Gaetanna is so excited to be joining the Dukes Lacrosse Program with her sister, Marcianna.
Bev Lewis
Bev was a starting defender at Ursinus College, where she played for three years and tallied 50 ground balls, 28 caused turnovers, and 1 draw control. Bev played both lacrosse and field hockey in high school. ​
Lola Flynn
Lola is a Freshman at Colorado University Boulder's Division 1 lacrosse team, where she is a defender for the Buffaloes. In their 2024 season, her team made it to the PAC-12 Championship and was consistently ranked in the top 25 national Division 1 Ranking. Lola played at West Chester Bayard Rustin High School and Ultimate Lacrosse Club.
Madison Battersby
Madison is a Sophomore at the University of Pittsburg playing for their Division 1 club program. Madison played her freshman year at Longwood University. In high school, Madison was a multisport athlete, competing in lacrosse, basketball, soccer, and cross country at West Chester Bayard Rustin High School. For lacrosse, she was selected to the Under Armour All-America Team Philadelphia in 2020, the American Select Team Pennsylvania in 2021, won the Maverick National Lacrosse Classic with Team Pennsylvania in 2019, and won the Rustin High School Lacrosse Knight Award as a senior. With the Knights, her team was a district qualifier three times (2019, 2021 and 2022) for lacrosse and Ches-Mont League Champions for basketball in 2022. Madison has also worked with her local youth lacrosse programs. Madison played for the PA Express Lacrosse Club.
